all i have to say is go hard or go home .
have a look at martin wolhuter the off road dude ,he pushes you to the limit from behind he is so close that you have no choice but to make a mistake .
Does that mean he's a dirty driver and doesnt deserve to win .i dont think so .
Rick kelly is young and a good driver and we all make mistakes but i dont think he's a dirty driver .

The result stands so congrats to Rick Kelly.A bit of controversy after both competitors fighting it out to the last race makes for a good championship. As a Ford and Lowndes fan it wasn't the result I would have liked but thats racing. I must say at times Avesco piss me off in their over officialdom. If you people get a chance watch the BritishTCC on Foxtel and see what happens when a ruling body lets drivers have a bit of leeway. The biff and barge that goes on in that series is something to behold.Just a pity they are not in auzzie V8's

they should settle it with an egg and spoon race.....

Apparently, Ford have already made a complaint about VE so the new cars will not be far removed from the VZ's they are replacing. Most of the changes are cosmetic.
so whats new,(for the last 9 years) every time holden bring out a new car ford whinge & complain about how they wont be competative anymore(has happened ever since ford had that peice of crap au model) & the same will happen this time as well, as thier 2007 model is only a faclift of a 6 year old model car
b4 the flaming starts i dont support or drive either makes just observation from watching sedan racing in oz for 30 years
i would have liked to see craig win the c/ship though

He means the VE race car - its much shorter and the roof line is a lot lower than the actual road car to fit within the Project Blueprint guidelines that the V8SC's are designed too

For s##ts sake, this is V8 racing, this is why we love it. If you look back this has been going on in races all year and last year and the year b4 and it will go on next year. The only dif is that points where so close for the championship this race. Thats racing and racing isnt always fair, if it was fair cars would just do time trials on an empty track and fastest time wins, wow wouldnt we all flock to watch that. I'm pretty sure BROCKy's last words as he headed towards that damn tree were'nt "oh f##k thats not fair". Lowndes is a big boy now, he wont like the taste of it but he will swollow it, grit his teeth and come back next year and show us the champion that we all know, Holden or Ford supporter, that he is. Excuses dont get winning results only effort.
