Weather update and race results for off and on-road are on the site. On-road is far more substantial due to the files I recieved. Do we like it like that or do we only want overall results like on the offroad page?

Also check points tally link under January in the on-road results page.

Cheers!!!!!!!!

Hi All,
I was considering popping over to give your tracks a try and was wondering what tyres/inserts you recommend for your onroad and Offroad surfaces (Stock TC and 2WD B4 buggy)?

I am a Newbie to Offroad racing, and was wondering which class you would recommend me to enter with my B4 buggy, and which motor is recommended for that class?

Anything else I should Know?

Thank You!

Hey Funk,

We generally use Sorex 36R or 32R tires for on-road with an insert of your own choice. At off road we tend to use Losi Bigshots or X-2000 or X-3000 or Proline holeshots.

If there isn't enough numbers for a novice class you could probably try running in our stock class at off-road and we use the typical 27 turn motor. If you were to race novice, you can run any motor you like.

If you have green springs for the rear of the B4 it would be recommended.

Cheers.

Could someone please tell me where racing is on Sunday. The "Where to find us" link is not working. Would you please also let me know what is the best time to get there and what time racing starts.

Arrow OnRoad @ Nth Narrabeen

G'day Simon.
We are in the parking area behind the Rugby Park, Pittwater Road, Nth Narrabeen Reserve. It is between the Rugby Park and the Golf driving Range.
Coming from Nth, you turn off Pittwater Road into Nth Narrabeen reserve and drive down beside the golf range. Coming from the southern end you turn right into Berry Avenue, then left into Collins St, right into Walsh St and left into the entrance of the Nth Narrabeen Reserve. Follow the road along to the driving range and turn into the entrance of the car parking area, You will see our sign at the gate. (on your right).
If you need to contact us Marg's mobile is 0422 983 677

Regards

Arrow ON ROAD @ NTH NARRABEEN

Sorry about that Simon,

We are usually there from approx. 8am to set the track up, so practice is on from about 9.30, depending on the number of people helping to set the track up.
Finish approximately 3.30pm.

Regards,
Tony G.

Hey Devon

Reds! Only Reds!

Pink is like the Proline R3, only very high bite tracks.

Hey mate, if you were the Stig, you'd be kickin' our butts with slicks man! That guy is a legend!!!!

Hey Funke

For the tyres I can help you out on the day. Just have some glue and rims ready and don't rock up at the last minute! I'll even mount them for you!!! Rears are around $20, fronts about $18.

For a motor, if you are going stock, you can try:

http://www.feralbatteries.com.au/category.aspx?id=%2023

Ask if they can do overnight or something. The are great stockers man!

Sorry mate, I only have a couple of pairs of X3000 reds which I need.

I do have some Losi Bigshot reds and Proline Holeshots M3 you can use though, they work very well at our track.
