B4Bandit nice Photos shame the track is in the middle of the ST Ives Forrest shaddows are a problem.I guess you are using a digital SLR to be able to get photos in the shaddows can you please tell me what camera you are using.
Thanks for the compliments
The last three that I put up were taken with an Olympus digital camera. I can't remember the model number but it's ok... a bit slow to react.
Most of the photos on here are taken with a Canon EOS 350D. Very good camera. It's an SLR style.
If anyone does have requests, please describe your car. I have lots of photos so there is a chance I have you!
They might not be the best quality.
If you have requests for photos I can always get some for you at the track. Although I usually race mini, stock 2wd and mod 4wd, depending on my qualifiers I am prepared to sit one out here and there to take photos.
Just approach me at the track (ask Margaret if you don't know me), show me your car and I'll get some good shots
I was the new guy with the yellow→orange→grey XXX CR in 2WD Mod Flipping and cartwheeling around the place
I was into gymnastics before I switched to RC cars, guess I cant shake old habbits
Marg wants to know if you can put a shot of her car in. Its the red B4 with yellow stripes.
Thanks B4Bandit. You are going to be so in demand now, the club will have to pay you to race.
If you want, I can bring up my good lens for you to try out. It's a real fast pro lens. Takes Magic action shots! But be warned... It is addictive.. hehehe
I think we've found our designated club photographer...
Yes a picture can really tell a thousand words, the best way to showcase our excellent club is by supplying pictures of it...if you could bring your camera next round there are some club shots I'd love you to get so we can host
That's a really awesome looking B4. Don't know about the Yokomo 4WD though. Who's is that!!!
I think you are talking about my ZX-5. It's the blue one with white fronts and black rear wheels. photo called "cam and other"
If you have some more of the blue beast, then feel free to stick them on.
Cam's car was in a different league to everyone elses. It's like it's on rails 24/7.
On another note, I ordered a new charger yesterday from radiomodels in perth (Supernova Competition).
Can't wait for it to turn up so I can charge my cells correctly. Somthing tells me that using a non-nimh charger on nimh cells is costing atleast 4 seconds a lap!
Yeah, you have to charge NiMH right. I just learnt that you need to use a linear charge mode after one of my cells vented badly on my living room floor. I think that there were more causes for the venting but charging batteries correctly is a must. Trust me, a venting battery in your living roon is a freaky experience!!
Cam thinks he's pretty good... Actually the last time I raced him he thrashed me. I did let him win. I did... really. We'll see next time. Me thinks it's going to be a fast, fast track.
