This coming sunday I hope to enter the Meca Challenge at Wahlan (late entry). Not sure when the next club day is but will keep you posted.Club day entry is about $10 I think maybe $15 for nonmembers.Have'nt had a chance to run the more speed due to work commitments but hope to give it a run very soon. Let me know if you've got time if you've got time on Thursday I might be able to get to Wahlan for some practice.

Try Jaycar electronic store, they have branches all over Sydney. You should be able to get the battery holders quite cheap.

Jerome - are you using them for rebuilding shocks or something else?

I've got some out of a shock so unsuitable for a rebuild, but fine for eg your RC18 servo saver etc...

Exclamation FOX BAITING AT ST.IVES SHOWGROUND

Received an FYI from Ku-ring-gai Council.

'National parks and wildlife services are taking part in a regional fox baiting program for Sydney-north region which will be implemented around the St. Ives Showground and Wildflower Garden areas. The program will take place from Monday 13th August to Sunday 30th September 2007.
Notices have been posted in local papers and will be posted at effected sites. The bait is lethal to dogs and cats. Additional locations in Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove and Willoughby will also be targeted as part of the program.'

Further information regarding the Fox Baiting Program around the St. Ives Showground can be obtained by calling the National Parks and Wildlife Service, Sydney North Region on 94728953 or Ku-ring-gai Council on 94240888.

Cheers,
Marg

They should introduce the fox's to the crap they dish up at the feit! Would cost too much though, each dose about $8!!!

Haven't seen Wilbur for a while, what's happening there Dave?

Default FOX BAITING

Have to agree with you on that suggestion Tom.

I can't help wondering what other wildlife they would be killing off as well as the 'fox.'

Maybe Wilbur has heard a whisper regarding the bait and will not be back until it is all over. He is one clever little doggie.

Phoned Fox Studios today............waiting to hear back from them.

There Could be some vintage rc cars at the track tomorrow arvo, if anyone is interested in having a look.

Cheers,
Mar
