Arrow ON A BRIGHTER NOTE

Thanks heaps to Paul for the Club Banner, it is fantastic. Plus, the stickers for the cars.

Also, thanks to Brad and his father for the offer of another lap-top, and Stu and Jen for a PC as a back up.

Our members are 'something else'.....

Thankyou,
Tony and Marg.

I'm thinking that we should devise some races for if the computer plays up in the future. Things that come to mind:

1) All-car one lap dash
2) Tag - last car not to get hit wins
3) Tug of war - 5 cars a side (tire companies would love us for that one)
4) 3-legged race - tie cars in groups of 3, 1 lap dash

Man, that sounds like lots of fun, although not much for my opponents!!! Perhaps you aren't so mad after all.

BTW, have you seen this?

I haven't seen that motor Waz. Just trying to make out the label, is that the Komod Drago? Nice.

What pinion did you run that thing at on a serious note? I ran a 13x2 with 21t and then a 22t pinion and it was dead slow - but getting very hot.

I've now bought a Team H2P 10x1 which should satisfy me (that's Team Hotbodies Harlow Panic)

Great idea. Let's hope that it does not happen though. Aiming at having a back-up computer and printer.

Tom says if he can't make the next meeting, that I should get his trophies seeing as that he'd never have such a good season without my moral support.

What a top bloke.

Great idea for when the computer plays up, put it in the middle of the track and play speed hump with it, set it up on a jump and through rocks at it , would help much but cheeze it would vent some frustration.

Yeah, Komod Drago. They're the latest thing from Iceland. Great motor

I ran it with a 22 tooth. I would have thought that 22 was a bit tall for a 13 turn... What does the manwal say??

Mate I understand why you'd be frustrated. I went up to the track today for a couple of practice packs and it was the best it's been for months.

I don't want to rub salt into Sunday's sore, but man you excelled yourself in prepping the track for yesterday!!!

I concur, the track was excelent. I've never drifted my car in such a fashion before. Waz you missed out on some fun though - as soon as they announced the problem there was like a dozen cars from micro to electri to gas all tearing into it. Great fun.
