On TA05 this happens all the time. Just use thread lock on diff bolt.
You should change diff bolt and nut if this happens. (parts No. AO-5014)
DO NOT use too much diff grease, just little bit on diff balls.
Too much grease cause diff to slip easy that’s why people over tighten there diffs.
When you put car together hold one wheel and spur gear, then try turn other wheel.
It should feel tight to turn but do move.
But all that said best and easy way is to put one-way or spool in them.

A spool is a solid axle, a one way will give you more steering but only the rear wheels will brake.
