It would be even nicer if Arcadia ever answered an email or a phone call. We have been trying for around 8 weeks with no response at all.
Pretty poor really.

yes,have had similar issues with that myself,not very good customer service' & lhs complain about ppl getting goods from o/s & how it afects thier buisness.

It still doesnt explain why you dont appear to be able to answer your phone or your email for over 10 weeks now, does it? And it wasnt one email, it was several.

I think you guys need to reassess what you think is important.
