i had never seen the choppers fly until we done a display for the buggy club here at a hobby expo, bloody awesome.the shit they can do with choppers is just insane.
we are in the process of getting a track so we can run the 1/8 buggies and trucks.will be a huge boost for the club when we do get it running.
we do displays at school fetes too, that is a good way to get people interested.soon as the nitros start up, people come runnin from all over for a look.

we run monster trucks on the track but the 1/8 buggies chew the track up to much.

Default 1/8 Buggies

Dallas the Yarrow boys would be behind the push to get the buggires going i think, they came to the Queensland Titles in Rocky there a year or so ago and loved it. Daniel actually qualed higher than Jason but they didnt do as good as I thought they would.

They are great elec 1/10 drivers

BTW Good to see movement on this forum I love it!

dan has been racin a truggy at the TMORC track this season.from what i can gather the yarrows are trying to get their own track going.should be good having a couple of places to race in townsville.not sure if they have made progress yet.

TMORC is in the process of getting a track for the nitros as well.this club is well established and is the main push behind getting a track for the nitros , because we have had a lot of interest in nitros last season and this season.

Daniel and Jason race 1/8th out at charters towers alot. We now have a truggy class going aswell and Daniel is racing in that atm. Monster trucks have taken off but i expect 1/8th will boom once the new track comes online.

Default TMORCC

Know the club well was a member back when it first kicked off.

Had a Hotshot as first car then went on the bigger and better things lol.

Last raced a Losi XXX there in 2001 before heading to Maryborough and 1/8 Gas
1/8 Gas Buggy is Formula 1
