most inserts down here are $12 a pair.
the exception is sorex inners..$8,50
and takeoff is supplied with the tires.

In pairs the tires are $25 with inserts
or in packs of 4 for $35 without inserts

most rims are around 20 -25 set

Tamiya offer packs of 8 rims...very economical, very good rims.

The new Revlite rims are my rim of choice $nylon, look identical to proline dish, just firmer...the sell for $15 a set!!!!

these were used by Chris and I to finish 1-2 in the metro masters..I am converted to using em...(not just coz they are made by shuey BTW). =)

ohh btw..I forgot to mention earlier..runtime isnt an issue there previously..clocking in 7 mins of runtime running old S.M.H cells..and a 9 turn motor. as the track is technical you are only on med power through infield, with a little burst up the straight..

People keep telling me there are throttle positions other than on and off, but i just cant seem to find them on my CEN Micro switch ESC. I can dump a stock motor in under three minutes

tight track, high grip, sounds like 1/12 would be a good class to run.

Congrats to Matt Dall, oficially the first to enter. he visited the track the other day, and signed up on the spot...he's secured a pit space upstairs...prime realestate believe me!..

absolutely. show some interest in 1/12 and they will run it!....Cookie and Putnam have run their 1/12th their, they are amazing around this track!

I know of a few guys who want to...so just show interest and they'll cater for it.

will this open the flood gates for you guys up north to travel down????

this will be an event on a level playing field...no race meetings have been held there yet, a new layout, v.h.t or sugar water to further level the field for those of us who have been there.

first 30 or so entries will be pitting upstairs, next 20 along the back wall area, then the rest in the huge marquee running along the back wall.

tables and chairs catered for...Power, air compressor (good for cooling motor and batts, as their wont be any dust.)

trophies are rumoured to be rather impressive. top 10 for A mains, top 3 for B mains

Any chance you could move Victoria up to Queensland before then - we have room for it and would give you a nice spot close to my house.
