Default spring type in a Hara V2

hi, i want to change the springs on my hara v2 because the kit ones are stretched.

what are the stock spring firmness on the hara v2? (it is a 7x1)

also, what should i do to the spring rate for;

more torque (is it harder on pos or neg?)
more top end (is it just softer springs on both brushes??).

i'm looking for a balance between comm life and speed. i ran a motor which had harder spings on one of the poles (forgot which one) and i noticed that the gaps on the comm were filled up with the "dust" from the brushes. (as if it was pressing too hard or something.

also, i took the motor apart and noticed that one of the epoxy balance weights came of (the green paintthat coats the metal flaked of) can i still run it??
