Thomas has given the green light to opening entries. He has been doing a lot of work in the background moving to a more reliable server and setting up the new entry structure and as always we thank him for the time and effort he puts in to provide us all a seamless entry/payment system for all clubs

This is the link http://www.nswclubseries.com/online-entries/

Good luck and may the odds forever be in your favour

Cheers

Hi guys

Just a quick clarification on the entry system. When entries open each of the 4 host clubs is assigned 2 spots per heat of each class. Members of other clubs fall into “other” category which is also assigned 2 spots per heat per class. If your clubs allocation is full, the system will still take your entry and you will be placed on the reserve list

Once the initial period has finished (1 week after entries are opened) any “unclaimed” spots in the classes will be open to anyone and assigned on a first come first serve basis so if you’re already in the reserve queue you’re likely to be one of the first to be allocated a spot

Good luck and may the odds forever be your favour

Mikey

Default Quick announcement

Tonight we'll open up entries so any reserved club spots not yet used will be open for anyone. You can enter now to get on the reserve list or you can wait till tonight. We'll announce when we've opened it up

Cheers

The original rule was that you had to be members of an AARCMCC affiliated EP club to enter. I assume that is still the case.

Oversteer's members had to race for other clubs (mostly Ryde and Maitland) until Oversteer affiliated with AARCMCC (which they did mid CS season one year).

Section affiliation with AARCMCC without an insurance option is $100. That's going to be cheaper than both of you joining other clubs.

Other than paying the fee, all your club has to do is fill in the form on the website and return it.

Default Entries update

Hi dudes

Entries are coming in strongly so thought I'd do an update

Firstly both truck classes are full at the moment. You may still enter and end up on the reserve list in case a second heat of the class is opened up or in case someone else drops out of that class. We'll give you a full refund if you don't make it off the reserve list into a proper heat of course

Spaces left by class as of right now

2wd stock 12
2wd mod 3
4wd stock 5
4wd mod 15
SCT 0
Stadium truck 0
Junior 5

Remember we have the option to open 1 extra heat of a class should the need arise

I had a little run at the track today, the grip is up nice and high, a little sweep and it'll be great to race on!

We'll have a BBQ on race day and drinks available all day. We are working on some nice raffle prizes, so bring your cash and we'll hopefully have some announcements soon about what will be up for grabs

Cheers

Mikey
