I was wondering the same Kane. I guess it's the cold.
If the date was going to be changed why couldn't this of been decided last year??
Unfortunately guy's I have to put in for my holidays in 2015 for the dates I'd like off for 2016. I asked for the June weekend 2016 off which was granted but now looks like I'll be missing your event & having a week off in June that is a waste of time to me.
Cheers Darren

Im the same mate. I cant afford to have 2 days off work 2 weeks after easter. My boss would kill me! So unfortunately ill be missing it too! And so will some other nsw drivers too. I loved coming down in June. For me it might sound weird but the cold weather added to it. It was just fun and interesting. Such a shame
And from what im hearing Darren apparently NSW States is going to be in June..... This year is turning into a bit of a mess.

We were approached by NSW in November/December last year asking if we would like to swap dates with them. It seemed like a reasonable choice from our side due to the cold being a major factor in the ACT Titles for the past couple of years, I don't what the benefit was to NSW.

Guys, it would be great if you can get your entries in very soon as a better indication of numbers will really help with the event planning.
We've been sugar watering the track and it has made a huge difference in traction...tire wear is down heaps and so are the lap times. ..The track will be prepared with sugar water for the event.
Hope some of the Moorebank and Penrith guys can make it too. Would be great to get some support from you local guys.
Some of Australia's best will be there and I for one am looking forward to seeing Jeff Hamon smashing the track record

***IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE***
The event has been moved back one week.
It is now on 15-17th April 2016.
Get your entries in!
Note: The track surface will be undergoing a 'sugaring' treatment in the lead up to the event which will improve the grip, reduce the tyre wear and make for great racing!
There will be a club day a fortnight prior (Sunday April 3rd 0900) for anyone looking for extra practice.
Regards
