Well what a day fellas, 14 rounds,,130+ entries,,loads of grip,, champion drivers, made for some great racing in all class's,
Congrats to all the winners, and a massive thanks to all that attended,,you guys were always ready to go for next race with no major marshalling problems which made the day run smooth as silk.
Huge thanks and congrats to Dan for running race control all day, with barely a problem, all done whilst racing 2 class's and being up the pointy end in all races..great job today Dan.
I hope everyone got home safe including our 2 chargers members that made the trip down from QLD to race at our meet..
Definitely looked like the Maito boys had fun today, stepping up to mod and going LARGE all day on the jump section,, even on the warm up lap...lol..
Great racing by the juniors,, they looked like they had a ball.
Thanks to all that helped with BBQ and trackwork,,
Big thanks to Ari and Greg for their enthusiasm to put on an event like today, and we're happy to host it annually.
See u all next year....

Apologies for the poor quality. I filmed some vids LIVE to Periscope, then have had to re-download and upload to youtube, which killed the quality.
Same vid can be seen on Periscope at http://www.periscope.tv/camtelle/1yoKMbrVgqRGQ and a couple of others.
Apart from using a fair bit of mobile data, there is great potential using this Periscope site for LIVE broadcasting of RC events... from an iOS or Android device.
We had people in the Ukraine watching the HEI Havoc !
