As in the first post peoples, racing will commence at midday Friday (Plenty of time to fly in!) and continue into the night.
Saturday is a later start (10.00am) due to the later finish on the Friday night, but we will run into Saturday night as well.
Sunday we hope to be all finished by 2.00pm. Domestic airport is only 25-30mins tops from the track. If your thinking about doing this event you wont be dissapointed.

this is the plan , we have catered time wise for the eastern staters to come , times are flexible depending on entries , but racing will not go past 2pm on sunday and will not start before 12 noon on friday, we will fit everything into that time frame, so feel free to book your flights,
the more entries we get the bigger we are going , track rebuild begins next month, we are keeping the same layout but changing 2 corners and changing every jump on the track, burms will become off camber corners table tops into tripples and doubles into 2 story buildings, we have grandstands timing towers , race commentry, plenty of tv screens to see live timing , extended the under cover pits, and have a fully worked storage area for cooking food.

hopefully see everyone here for the last round of the series..

Can I ask why the closing date is a month before when all the other events this year have been on average less than 2 weeks before?

The only reason I ask is with all the rain lately it is easier to see two or even one week before if the event is likely to be wet or not so my money is not wasted by entering a washout event.

Not trying to stir, just a question.

Lucky you...... we had to commit 1 month ago to get the right priced airfares. The reason it is 2 weeks rather than the 4 weeks is that the other clubs "Bent" the rules and kept on extending the close off date.

Sure hope it will be fine

I also am not sure about making it due to possible work commitments but Craig kindly assured me the under those circumstances my fee would get refunded, as for the rain bit I don't expect a refund hence my earlier question.

All good paid my fee today 30/9.
