Any recommendations for tyres for 4wd mini. What works best in warm and cold weather?

We declared earlier on that there would be a motor limit at this years Mini Nats.
After much testing of many, many, many motors, the limit has been set at 3300kv.
Any motor over this limit (as tested on our equipment) will be declared illegal and the competitors best overall time stripped.

Apologies for previous incorrect post (taken from old email, teach me to post too early in the morning!)
Motors in fact WILL be tested and marked/sealed prior to racing commencement.
Any motors which need to be pulled apart (for cleaning etc) will need to be re-tested.
Testing will be available as of Friday practise.

Thanks. Assuming they suit just the same for warm and cold.

Can we re-wire the esc/motor? Always hated the standard wiring used by the hobbywing ezrun.

Ok thanks for clearing it up. Perhaps it should be made clear within the rules? Like ESC and Motor must not be tampered with in any way?

Could I ask one more question.. Starting point for gearing for 4wd mini? Have almost 0 experience with the hobbywing system and absolutely 0 experience with the MPRCC track.

Actually you're the first person ever to ask since they were made the control motor/esc system.
Someone else will need to answer the gearing question. I'm guessing around 4.5:1 would be a good start though.
