Ok i have brought the confirmations up to date.

If your name is not confirmed then your payment hasn't cleared into the clubs account before the closing date and you'll have to pay the $25 late fee before we confirm your name.

Wow...couple of surprises there for me.
First one Matt Griffin ..quality driver that's won so many events that i thought that he had won more than only once.
Second surprise..no Craig Laughton on that list.. like Griffin.. i though he had won a few times.
And Nicky D...so many wins...he holds legend status with a list of wins like that and i doubt anyone will surpass his record.

Craig and Matty are both unlucky not to have more wins!

Really shows how dominant nicky D was in his day!

Didn't realise he had acctually won that many!

Would have been interesting if 2011 wasn't a washout, reckon Laughton would have had a good shot at that, Matty too.

Also last years Matty only lost by a few seconds, great race to watch.

Just goes to show, even the best drivers can loose out with some average luck..

Ok Guys heres your format for the 2013 WOT Hobbies Australian 1/8th Off Road Nationals

2 Practices rounds (1 timed) and 6 rounds per class

There will be;
6 heats of Buggy
4 heats of Truggy and a race buffer break (the break is to allow more time for maintenance to the truggies but may be removed if we are running short of time)

Buggy entries will need to be at the track at 8am every day

Truggy will need to be at the track at around 1pm on Thursday and Friday earlier on Saturday

Thursdays Format will be:
8am - Buggy Drivers Breifing and Concourse
8:30am - 2 x Buggy Practice, 1 x Buggy round
Approximate times for Truggy
1:30pm - Truggy Drivers Breifing and Concourse
2:00pm - 2 x Truggy Practice, 1 x Truggy round

Friday
8:00am - 3 x Buggy rounds
Approximate times for Truggy
1:30pm - 4 x Truggy rounds

Saturday
8:00am - 2 x Buggy rounds
Approximate times for Truggy
12noon - 1 x Truggy round
1:00pm - National Offroad AGM
2:00pm - Truggy Finals

Sunday
8:00am - Buggy Finals

The grid listings will be done by Peter when I have confirmed all payments

The latest time we estimate completion of Sunday to be will be 5pm but hope to finish earlier. If you booked a flight earlier than that, you may want to look at moving it back a little. We have some contingencies in place for rain delays and such but will discuss them only if needed

Can everyone please check that their entry is confirmed on Slyfox. Also that its still there after i have deleted all the unpaid entries. If you have paid and its not there please PM me ASAP. I had a few runtime errors on slyfox while deleting the entries and fear it may have deleted some confirmed names

We are still waiting on a few late payments for both classes. However the classes are now capped at 90 buggies and 60 truggies. we can not go over those numbers and retain the current format

Look forward to seeing you all in 2 weeks time.

Interesting that nobody has won both Buggy and Truggy.

Hmm, how did I miss that? Well, still hasn't happened very often. Double wins are more common in EP buggy racing.
