Rubber on a direct drive on carpet is awful. I think TJ commented on the Regs for f1 racing in Oz thread at one point that he sees rubber for tarmac and foam for carpet as a solution to that, so if I had to guess, that's the way I think the CC would go. Especially as that's what the CC does for TC already. But we'll find out soon enough.
In the day running F201 on rubber at the epic track, they were at least 1.5s a lap slower than foam shod cars. I would expect this to be greater with2wd cars...

Yeah, generally 18-22 degrees days, normally clear skys and cool mornings. No reason not to be outside!

Unless your joints get a bit sore in cooler weather old man....

Don't worry there is a long ramp to get all you old guys up onto the drivers stand at the new track.

And I have one thing to say using school terminolgy we HAVE achieved it, you are YET TO achieve

Happy with all my life achievments to date old boy...

Only two years until I reach the big four zero meself, think that allows me to put on my L plates for the grumpy old bastards club.... Should be an improvment over the grumpy not so old but definitely not young bastards club I am in now

Agree it's crap when you are caught in the middle .

The best thing about racing in the ACT is the people who belong to the club are such great people.
