On 2wd, I ran JConcepts Bar Codes (blue compound) last weekend and they worked really well, even when it was a little damper in the morning. If you had a set of ribs and a set of Bar Codes you would be set for almost all track conditions.

Not sure about SCT, but I was running Double Dees on the front of the stadium truck and they worked better than ribs and bar codes on the day. The day started off damp and ended up with a blue groove.

Will be great to see some tasmanians at the event - should be a big field!

Mr Ajj, when you start rowing, I'd suggest you start heading towards Portland instead of Melbourne as the road to Mildura would be a lot shorter.
But watch out for the white pointers.

Tyre supply will not be a problem. NSW chose the same tyre they're 6 weeks later than us so we could dip into their stocks if needed.

If not can we glue tyres before arriving??

Tyres do not have to be sourced from the club
Tyres can be pre glued
There is no tyre limit for this event

This post contains information on tyre inserts:
2011 ORRCA Victorian State Titles - August 6-7

Will be great to see a few from the West at the event.

Pk.
