yes was awesome being able to hold my own to some degree for at least the first 13 laps, and then sticking with you mid race.
I was stoked just to be in the main as it was, after a bad quallifying place,
18th after 6 rounds, with such a quallity field.
Also congrats to you too and all that made the mains.

According to race caller, it's Flannaham not Glanno

Like to mention that M griffin led the buggy final till about 10 mins from the end when he had a flame out and lost a full lap or so, that dude can drive man!
He got heaps of penalties in quals.

Yeah, he got 2, one each for Buggy and Truggy, the second for a pretty minor offence. He wasn't the only one, I think we gave out a dozen or so penalties over the course of the weekend. In motor racing, or sport in general, it happens, you push close to the limit and sometimes you go past it, and the ref makes a call against you. To Matt's great credit, he came over at the end and thanked me for the work I did over the weekend with the calling.

I wasn't the only one doing it of course, we had other referees too, and we are all pretty proud of the fact we ran a tight ship, kept the rules clear, and enforced them as best we could without fear or favour to anyone. By the time the finals came round the driving was super clean as a result.
