If a competitor has a tissue blow out causing bleeding to the ESC (Electronic Snot Controller), is this cause for disqualification?
Perhaps there needs to be a Doctor on hand.

What are the rules on hybrid tissue manufacturers. Made of bits and pieces of other tissues? Some companies seem to think these tissues are the answer.

as far as the blow out would be concerned. A time out in the sook box with a ice pack shall be inplemented upon a blood rule. & you will need to use more tissues to absorb the bood & you will not be able to compeate in the final, due to less weight in the tissue box.
