Take the arms off the truggy, pack it into a Aus Post box from the PO wrap in bubble wrap and should cost more than $40. I posted a 1/8 scale buggy with more tires shells and part you cold poke a stick at to QLD and it cost $40. Just dont send it in its full size, pull it down into sandwich bags so you don't lose the parts.
