Any ideas what their capacities are?

ie. If you discharged them from full at around 1C on a computer charger, how many mAh comes out of em?

Also, how many cells? What are their measurements?

sorry but that info is virtually useless, to be any use of all you need to discharge at a real-life rate perhaps at 5-10A. this will tell you how much "real use" is in the cells.

im interested too btw what are the dimensions?

Dude, for starters 5A is around 1C, and it's not useless because capacity specs (in this case 5200mAh) are quoted at low discharge rates. To see how much capacity they've lost since new, you need to discharge them at low rates so that you're talking apples & apples.
