- Comes with a separate holder, so you can easily switch transponder between cars
- Spare holders are available, so if you have more than one car you can fit a holder in each car enabling swift swapping of transponder between cars
- Better quality cable (PTFE) that is racing fuel resistant
- Low voltage operability: 2.8-16 Volt compatible

Delivery update
I contacted the Australian supplier on March 11 and they told me they are waiting to hear from head office re delivery of the RC4 transponders.
I know you all want your transponders as soon as possible and be assured that as soon as I receive my order they will be dispatched with in the week.
To all of you who have already pre-ordered it appears that you did the wise thing because there is unprecedented high demand, so getting in early means you will be among the first in Australia to get yours.

Delivery update

Original delivery date was March 2010, but it is now going to be April 2010.
I quote the suppliers’ update provided to me 23 March 2010.
At least the slow start-up issue has been sorted and these transponders will not be effected.

What causes this delay?
There are 2 reasons which caused the delay.
First of all the worldwide demand of RC4 Hybrid transponders is much higher than we anticipated.
Secondly we received feedback from a couple of users about the startup time of MYLAPS RC4 Hybrid Transponders from the very first production batch.
Sometimes the startup time is longer than desirable. We spent extra time for analyzing and fixing this before continuing the production process.
When will my transponder be delivered?
Currently the production process is fully up to speed again.
We already started delivering transponders in order of request and we expect the backlog (backlog until March 17) of transponders will be delivered before the end of April.
