-3-channels (use 3rd channel for engine cutout switch, rear steering, accessories etc)

-includes all 3 size Grip set
-10-model memory with ModelMatch

-yes this is the latest SPM3140 version that can work with DSM2 & boat receivers, beware of old stock SPM3130 still on shelves
