I just got an new Xterminator buggy. I am using 4 dble A's amd the servo hesitates and moves very slowly. I understand that this is not a high end servo but does this sound right? It is being used for the throttle - stock set up. Please give me direction. It seems to also stick. I am thinking its defective.

The 311 is somewhat slow by nature. If it does seem excessively slow though then there could be a problem with it. Follow the warranty procedure if you would like to have it checked out.
