Default HPP-21 plus digital servo programmer troubles

Hi,

I recently purchased a Hitec HPP-21 plus digital servo programmer and am having problems with it. I was using it to test a JR 241 servo and it was working fine. I plugged in a second Spektrum DSP75 servo into the 2nd port and when I went to turn the power on, LED’s 2,4,6,8 and 10 all light up and remain on and are now on permanently. None of the functions work now on any servo. Upon plugging the unit into my USB port, Windows does recognize the controller but the functions in the software do not work. I am unsure of what happened, I have tried changing batteries. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks very much!
