Default Programmable servo. Can this be done?

I have a unique situation. I have an XTM X-factor, and I am setting it up for 4 wheel steering. I am wondering if the servo programmer is capable of the following.
I need the rear servo to:
1> turn the opposite direction than the front servo. (connected with y-harness)
2> hold neutral position until approx 75% of steering travel is given.
3> turn to a maximum of 50% servo travel when 100% wheel travel is given. (from 75% to 100% wheel travel, servo will move from 0 to 50%)

Is any of this possible?

You can change the rotation direction of any of our digital servos with the programmer. Your 2nd and 3rd requests cannot be done with the programmer. You need a transmitter that can do those mixes with that offset.
