Hello,

I was using a HS-645MG for steering and stripped the gear on the weekend. I have opened it up to make sure the gear just didn't slip out ie. pin come out

the center brass gear has stripped.

my question is, is this covered by warranty? and if so can I take it back to the LHS where i purchased it from and get them to send it or do I have to send it away myself?

Do i have to send it to USA or just to your Australian distributor?

I have purchased two 5955TG's for my buggy now so hopefully it won't happen again

thankyou
