Well thanks for the positive feedback on my custom paint scheme Mr IDONTPAINTMYOWNBODIES.

No I have not ran the Slash over the jumps. But I did drive a Emaxx accross the roof of the hobby shop and jump it off as away of traveling down memory lane.

So after trying out a few different things with the Slash on the asphalt here's what I have found to work.

Move the front shocks to the outer most mounting position.

Move the rear shocks to out three spots.

Run 50wt, 55wt, or 60wt, shock oil will all work.

I put about 5mm of spacer inside the shock (on the shaft) to limit down travel. This helps to limit weight transfer from front to rear and side roll.

I have prepped the differential with Tamiya Anti-Wear Grease to limit the tendency of unloading to one side.

These steps will not only bring traction rolling to an absolute minimum but also will free the truck up enough to allow you to slide it when needed.

We are still in need of Plow Discs to use for some of the bumpy sections for the truck races. If any of you have access to some of these please contact the shop at 870-933-0479.

Well I know I am. Especially after today because I tried out the tabletop jump and the discs today. It was big fun. The table top is real smooth and allows the truck to fly nice and level. I even did some higher speed hits and pulled off some back flips at about 9 feet in the air!
